The August 19 General Meeting is an Education Committee Open House especially for students, parents, and caregivers. The Open House is for all community members, not just NAACP members.

Our Education Committee will connect you with local schools, after-school programs, and community organizations offering resources for students and families. Whether you're looking for academic support, enrichment opportunities, youth programs, or simply want to learn what is available in our community, this is a great opportunity to explore resources, ask questions, and make connections that can support your student's success.

During the Open House there will be an opportunity for students to receive a backpack that contains general school supplies. Any interested student or family member is welcome to receive one while supplies last.
