The Healthcare Pathways Program helps high school students explore careers in healthcare through hands-on training, industry-recognized certifications, and supervised clinical shadowing experiences. Designed for students interested in medical careers, the program provides early exposure to healthcare environments while helping participants build practical skills, confidence, and professional experience.

Students learn foundational healthcare knowledge through a combination of online coursework, in-person instruction, and real-world observation opportunities.
